We are Sorted Saunas. We are proud to offer beautifully crafted, traditional wood-fired saunas and cold water therapy straight to your door or event.

We are fully mobile, and able to bring our saunas and ice-baths anywhere within the Dorset area. 

Alternatively, come along to one of our regular sessions and experience our beautiful saunas in the comfort of our beautiful locations.

Stress Reduction and Improved Mood

Using a sauna triggers a release of endorphins, our body's natural 'feel-good' high. A cold water plunge can calm our nervous system and causes the release of specific endorphins responsible for attention, focus and mood. The heat from the sauna causes blood vessels to dilate, while the cold plunge causes them to constrict. This contrast can enhance overall circulation, potentially benefitting cardiovascular health.
